Service Contracts

Ultra are committed to providing high quality aftersales service to our customers for all products to keep your equipment operating efficiently.


STANDARD WARRANTY - Ultra covers parts and labour at no charge on a return to depot basis. Our standard warranty is in effect for 12 months after the ship date.

ENHANCED WARRANTY - Provides coverage not typically provided under the standard warranty period. This could include preventative maintenance visits, remote assistance via internet connection, and if applicable calibration assistance.

EXTENDED WARRANTY – After the expiry of the warranty period, Ultra offer a range of service contracts to allow our customers to extend their service cover, as needed.
